Pin Composer – Turn your posts into Pinterest pins
WordPress plugin for content creators

Turn your blog posts into Pinterest pins without leaving WordPress

Paste a post URL, and Pin Composer builds the graphic, writes a title and description, and lines it up on a board. Nothing goes live until you say so.

Everything between “I wrote a post” and “it’s a pin”

Pin Composer handles the parts that usually take the longest: cropping images into a graphic, writing copy, and picking a board.

Automatic image composition

Pin Composer pulls the images from your article and arranges them into a tall, Pinterest-shaped graphic – with several layouts to pick from, so your pins don’t all look identical.

AI-written copy

A title and description are drafted for every pin, ready to edit before it goes anywhere.

Review before publish

Approve and publish are two separate steps. Nothing posts automatically in the background.

Direct publish or CSV export

Connect your Pinterest account and publish straight from WordPress, or export a CSV formatted for Pinterest’s own bulk-upload tool – your choice.

Domain-aware imports

Set which of your sites are allowed as sources, and get a heads-up if a pasted URL falls outside that list.

Runs inside WordPress

No separate dashboard or subscription portal to manage — it’s a plugin on the site you already run.

From post to pin in three steps

The same flow whether you’re publishing one pin or queuing up a week of posts.

Paste a post URL

Pin Composer reads the article and pulls its images into the queue, ready to compose.

Review the result

Check the graphic, title, and description. Edit anything, pick a board, then approve it.

Publish

Send it straight to Pinterest through the official API, or export it into a CSV batch.

Built to respect how Pinterest works

A few choices we made on purpose, not as an afterthought.

  • No auto-publishing. Every pin needs a specific, manual approval – Pin Composer never posts on a schedule you didn’t personally confirm.
  • Your account, your control. Publishing uses Pinterest’s OAuth login – Pin Composer never asks for your password, and you can disconnect at any time.
  • No scraping Pinterest. The integration only calls Pinterest’s documented API endpoints – it never reads or collects data from pinterest.com pages.
  • Your content, your responsibility. Source images come from sites you own or are authorized to publish from – Pin Composer helps you flag anything outside that list before it’s added.

Questions people ask before installing

Does this post to Pinterest automatically?

No. Composing a graphic and approving it are separate from publishing. You choose a board and press publish yourself for each pin.

Is this made or endorsed by Pinterest?

No. Pin Composer is an independent WordPress plugin that connects to the official Pinterest API – it isn’t affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Pinterest, Inc.

Can I use it without connecting an account?

Yes. You can compose graphics and export them as a CSV file formatted for Pinterest’s own bulk-upload tool, with no API connection required.

What images does it use?

Only images from the post URLs you paste in. We recommend only using content from sites you own or are authorized to publish on your board’s behalf.
